Jewish Meditation the first step.

Close your eyes, relax and sit back. Clear your mind and slowly breath in and out. Controlling your breathing and thinking will help mold how you control your innermost thoughts. Part of meditating is learning how to focus and think.

Gain new perspectives and see things fresh and new painted with colors that you can understand for the very first time.

Jewish Meditation is about one thing. Its about you and G-d. Do you connect? Have achieved G-d consciousness? Speak to Him, tell Him how far you are and how close you want to be.

This is the first step. Begin by finding time in your day for at least ten minutes to think about your place in this world and how you relate to the Infinite.
